The original scope connects RoomRaccoon, Keycafe, guest email, and reporting. Each workflow depends on available APIs, access rights, agreed rules, and testing.
Mews integration work
Mews accepted the registration for “Siftly Private Integration” on 7 October 2026. The approved product name is VERAC Control Platform. Registration acceptance does not mean certification is complete or that a live Mews connection is available.
Designed to support people
Operational exceptions still need human follow-up. Availability, support hours, service levels, and additional modules are defined in the applicable written agreement.

Is this a replacement for a property management system?
No. The platform is designed as a coordination layer around the PMS and connected tools, using the operational information needed for the agreed workflows.
Can I sign up for the platform here?
This website introduces a platform intended for Verac. It does not provide self-service signup, a live product login, or access to guest records. Contact Kenzo to discuss the scope.
Does the website privacy notice cover guest data in VERAC?
No. Platform processing needs its own applicable privacy information, contractual roles, and Data Processing Agreement. The website notice covers this informational site and enquiries.
