Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains how Siftly Solutions handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us. Personal data processed on behalf of a client through a separate service or platform is covered by the applicable client arrangements and Data Processing Agreement.
1. Who we are
Siftly Solutions is operated by SIFTLY A.I. SERVICES LTD (trade name: SIFTLY), registration number HE483632, VAT number CY60256858R. Our address is 1 Oktovriou, 4, Block 8, apt 104, 2103 Aglantzia, Cyprus.
For questions about this policy or to exercise your privacy rights, contact kenzo@siftlysolutions.com.
2. Information we receive
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, any attachments, and the name, company details or other information you choose to include. Please only share information needed for your enquiry.
This website has no contact form, user accounts or payment facility. Clicking an email link opens your email application; the website itself does not send or store your message.
3. How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond to your questions, discuss requested services and prepare proposals. Providing this information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal without the relevant contact and project details.
When you request steps towards a contract with us, we process the necessary information for that purpose. For other business enquiries, including correspondence with someone acting for a company, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing business relationships.
4. Who receives your information
Kenzo Morsa handles enquiries for Siftly. We use Zoho Mail to receive, store and send email correspondence. Zoho processes email data to provide that service. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Our mailbox uses Zoho Mail’s EU service. Zoho explains that some access or processing can involve countries outside the European Economic Area and describes its use of Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers. See Zoho’s privacy information for details. You can contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
5. How long we keep information
For general enquiries that do not become a client project, we delete the correspondence 12 months after the last contact, unless we need to retain relevant information for a legal obligation or an ongoing dispute.
If an enquiry becomes a client project, relevant correspondence becomes part of the project record and is handled under the applicable client arrangements. Accounting records are retained for the period required by law.
6. Website data and cookies
The website is hosted by Render and delivered through its global content delivery network. To deliver pages and protect the service, the hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, including your IP address and the requested URL. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website. See Render’s privacy information for its handling of technical data.
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, tracking pixels, cookies or browser storage. It does not load third-party fonts, images or embedded media.
For more information, see our cookie information.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Send requests to kenzo@siftlysolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity to protect your information. We normally respond within one month; if an extension is permitted and needed, we will explain why.
You may complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, or to a supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work or where you believe an infringement occurred.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our website or handling of personal information changes. The date above shows when it was last updated.
